We mostly work remotely in flexible working patterns.

We are united by a strong sense of purpose and we work collaboratively as a distributed team using a range of online resources. The work carried out by our team is a mix of paid, volunteer and pro-bono work. Most of us are based in cities all across Europe.

There are a number of ways for you to team up with us. See the list below.

We know that greater diversity will lead to even greater results for children, so we welcome applications from all who are interested, particularly those who are currently underrepresented in our team, namely candidates with disabilities, men, and LGBTQ+ candidates.

"My Master's internship at Native was a truly grateful and rewarding experience. Native received me with open arms and I felt constantly challenged and mentored. I gained insights into the work of science communication and social entrepreneurship and I improved hard and soft skills."

It can be an article focusing on the importance of your research, or your thoughts on current issues affecting science and scientists, or your experience or advice regarding a specific aspect of your life as a scientist. If you are interested, please submit your idea or piece to Anna. Publication cannot be guaranteed from the beginning, but we will assist you as much as possible in the process to make it happen.
