We mostly work remotely in flexible working patterns.
We are united by a strong sense of purpose and we work collaboratively as a distributed team using a range of online resources. The work carried out by our team is a mix of paid, volunteer and pro-bono work. Most of us are based in cities all across Europe.
There are a number of ways for you to team up with us. See the list below.
We know that greater diversity will lead to even greater results for children, so we welcome applications from all who are interested, including minority ethnic candidates, LGBTQ+ candidates, candidates with disabilities, and men.
We welcome students from any field to consider doing their internship with us.
We know that internships can be a critical stepping stone for those seeking to start, revamp or enhance their career. Hence, we welcome people from all ages and backgrounds to do short-term paid professional assignments.
